Beschreibung

The TPS25990EVM eFuse evaluation board allows reference circuit evaluation of the TPS25990 eFuse. The TPS25990 device is a 2.9-V to 16-V, 60-A eFuse with integrated 0.79-mΩ FET. It comes with overcurrent, inrush current management, adjustable overcurrent transient blanking timer, programmable undervoltage, overvoltage protections digital telemetry and configurability through PMBus®.
